Case studies of modern slavery in rural areas
Modern slavery is often associated with big cities such as London and Birmingham, but in reality it is just as likely to take place in towns, villages, and remote countryside areas.
However, modern slavery in rural areas is under-reported. To help, we have created a rural toolkit, to help churches and communities in rural areas respond to modern slavery. The toolkit will enable groups to raise awareness of modern slavery and identify victims, enabling them to get the help they need.
The Toolkit has all you need to begin raising awareness of modern slavery in your church and community. It includes references to supplementary material, most of which can be found on this page. For all our other resources, head to our dedicated Resources page.
